News

February 2010

19: The second annual LuSec Conference will take place on the 19th of February in C-305 at LTU. The event will start at 09:00 and end at around 16:00. For more detailed information, please check your Ludd mail. You can also visit the official LuSec homepage at: http://www.lusecconference.com/en/home/

November 2009

16: It is time to pay the membership fee of 100 SEK for 09/10. This can be facilitated by paying via your Internet bank to the Swedish 'Plusgiro': 253662-1 (write ONLY your username in the messages' field) or by visiting us at Ludd. The office will be manned 12:10 - 12:45 during week 47.

October 2009

12: MySQL is running again, sorry for the inconvenience.

September 2009

14: The webserver is now using Passenger instead of mod_ruby.
4: The SSL certificate for imap and smtp has been updated. Read more about SSL here.

July 2009

1: userftp is back online, sorry for the delay

June 2009

15: The long forgotten ssh Java applet is now back online.
12: userftp.ludd.ltu.se is down due to disk failure.

January 2009

21: Be sure to check out Lusec in February, the first IT security conference at LTU. About five lectures are planned so far, which will make for quite an interesting day!

October 2008

15: The date for the annual "Tacofest" has been set: the 6:th of December. Expect a mail soon, and ticket sales to open soon after.

May 2008

28: Ludd will hold a member meeting corresponding to the coming annual meetings. It will take place in A1543. The agenda is available upon request. Waffles will be served, as per usual.

  • Ludds local handbook. This is your one-stop guide to our systems, and it also includes a UNIX beginner's guide.
  • LuddKOM is a conference system in widespread use among the active members. The type of system is also known as LysKOM.
  • Ludd arranges Courses in various computer related topics for its members.
