Comments:

Rather primitive EBM with a certain character of its own, often quite bizarre and twisted. Specifically, there's a certain disted/flanged synth sound that is used quite often, and I've never heard anyone reproduce it. The lyrics (at least those that I understand; some are in Spanish) are often quite odd, on one track all the lyrics are sampled from what sounds like a doctor's detailed lecture on transsexuals and how to perform a sex change operation. I read in a review somewhere that this guy, Manuel Puyo who is Oil In The Eye, seems somewhat obsessed with different types of penetration of the human body, be it sexual or surgical. I'm inclined to agree, considering he released a 12" called 'Sex & Surgery'. Obsessed or not, some of the tracks are quite good, and the slow ones are actually rather spooky, especially with the slow industrial beat, haunting distant choirs to a detailed description of anatomy. Some tracks on the other hand just seems a bit unfinished, and could benefit from some polishing.
