Melt 3-4 tablespoons of butter
Warm 3dl milk to 37 degrees Celcius
Warm 5dl water to 37 degrees Celcius

Put everything in a bowl and add two cubes of yest.
Add two tablespoons sugar and two with salt.
Mix everything until the yest has dissolved completely.

Add ten topped tablespoons of ryemeal.
Then add 3dl oatmeal or oatbran.
Mix everything and
REPEAT
add wheat while you knead it
UNTIL you have a really neat dough.
It should be homogenous with no folds.

Now put the dough back in the bowl and cover it with
a plastic bag. Let the dough rise for half an hour to an hour.
Better to let it rise a minute extra to avoid the taste
of yest... :)

Now knead the dough again, split it in even parts and put
it in forms. Cover the forms with a plastic bag again.
Let it rise for another half hour.
Turn on the oven. 225 degrees Centigrades.

Put the forms in the oven on one of the lowest rails for 30 min.

Take the forms out, - and remember to turn off the oven... :)

I recommend a slice of bread with a little butter, a slice of ham, white cheese, cucumber and/or paprika.
